98 window tinting
Took 98 mustang in to have windows tinted - back window top portion came out horribly.
Was told that tinting doesn't stick too well to the stang's back window top because of the
black dotted part. Has anyone else had this problem? They tried to elmers glue it but now
they say they want to take the tinting up to that part and then place a black plasitc strip
across that part. What do you think?

RE: 98 window tinting
It all depends on the tinter. With good tint places, they take sand paper and water and smooth those dots out. Otherwise, it won't stick well and if you ride with your windows down, you'll find that out. that's the different. The tinter.
take it back and have them do that. it's more work. or, get some black out and put on it. You don't need the black dots!

my tinting stays perfectly fine up top, but if u look at it from the outside where the black dots are, it doesnt looks like its tinted in all the spots
