He also has a 9.90 bracket car . I give him props he races at the track and knows what it takes, plus his ride is faster than 90% of the people on this board.

my friend and a member on this board has a license plate on his 02' SS Camaro that reads "I Pimp Slap Mustangs"

 

i used to have a hot rodded third gen camaro that i thought was godly with my 357, 700r, and posi 3.73 rear, and i admit, i used to hate mustangs, but that was just pure ignorance, ever since i started working on 88bluegt's fox, i've grown to love the things, for 3 reasons, easier to work on for the most part (designed very nicely, and mechanic friendly), parts availablity for foxes is alot bigger than for thirdgens, and the distributor is in the front so u can actually see what the he11 your doing lol

Ive been trash talked mearly because i had a ford. Ive done heads/cam/intake installs in LS1s, done header back exhaust on 3rd gens and LS1 cars, basically been side by side with my buddy building his 90 trans am, but some of these bastards see i have a ford and automatically say "youre a dumbass ford boy"

the best is when i get mustang boys talking trash "why dont you sell that thunderbird and buy a real car, like a mustang?", funny that they fail to realize, its a fox body, and based off of the same 78 Fairmont that the mustang is based off of. Ignorant stang guys hate hearing you compair their cars to a 78 Fairmont, especially the 99-04 guys.

I love all cars, especially if the driver takes pride in their car. Ive talked to ricers who seemed so happy with their car, they did the work themselves, they take amazing care of the car, and will talk to you about anything, I love that. Those are the people that make the automotive world go round.

yeah, running 11's, he probably doesn't get beat on very often, and if he does run into something that can beat him, it probably won't beat him by a lot. one of these days, I'm gonna get some sort of "mustang killer" decal on my car as a joke.

 

yeah, i used to have a mustang, v6. Bumper sticker used to say, "V6-well, at least its a mustang". next to it was the little calvin dude pissing on the blue oval. I didnt put it on, bought it like that. Needless to say, sold it within 3 months and purchased a 95 gt vert. Got tired of GT's and cameros smoking me.... not to disrespect the v6'ers out there though
