Default Removing Ford Badges

I own a 2003 Gt, and I was wondering, the ford badge on the trunk......how easy is that to come off, is there just 3M adhesive on it, or like a rivet in the middle??? I know on my 94 SC T-Bird it had both. Bummer (Bondo) Any help would be nice!

Dude the emblem should be on there by an adhesive.... I dont think on those emblems there are any rivets if there is just cut her off with a knife or something.... Watch it though cause usually there on there so good that you could take paint off with it...... but since the paint is pretty new you may not have that problem just do it easy..

There will be a hole though from where that badge was so if your wanting it filled your looking at redoing that part of your decking......

Nothing wrong with debadging. Wy do yo need badges to be pround, if someone cant figure out your sdriving a stang then they're pretty stupid. I like the sleeper effect too, thats why when i used to run my BB olds onthe street I wold always tell people it was a "stock 330 [it was a 67], just has that really bad idle cuz the idle circuit in hte carb is shot and i can only idle at 500 rpm", some people bought it some didn't.

Anywho I may or may not debadge, havn't decided yet, but no reason to get on the guy for wanting to do it.
