Can't find the spark plug location

RE: Can't find the spark plug location
No offense, but if you cant even find them, do you think you should be doing this by yourself? I dont mean to offend you, but not knowing what you are doing on some jobs can screw you over and cost you ALOT of time and money, this is one of them. Id get a neighboor or friend whos good with cars to help and show you around the first time you do this.
Remember to always start plugs by hand, NEVER with a ratchet. Only use the ratchet to snug them. Coat the threads with just a little bit of antisieze as well. As was stated, replace the plugs one at a time so you dont mix them up. You will need to gap the plugs, the ideal thing to use is a feeler gauge but the metal key chain gappers you see for 1.99 in autozone will suit you just fine. You should use a sparkplug socket, as they have a rubber insert in them that protects the plug and holds on to them when your going to put them in and take them out. MAke sure it is USA made... Go to sears and buy a craftsman for afew $. YOu will also need a ratchet to snug them, its surprising how many people dont own tools. Make sure they are USA made, thats the most important thing to remember when buyign them.

It's a biotch on the passenger side. But as kartracer said, if you don't know what you're doing, have someone else do it. You can easily break a plug wire, or cross thread a plug hole. If you do that...Look out! You'd need either a thread chaser, heli-coil or new head.

Go ahead...don't be scared....grab some scizzors, a hammer, vice grips and a cresent wrench. Keep a big box next to you to throw the parts in as you take them off. Should only take 8 hrs.
