turbonator?
my friend found this online sumwhere.. and told me about it.... 60 dollars for 35 hp??? is this thing legit? turbonator

I have one, yes i have one!!! Did not get more power at all, but my fuel milage went up, could actually see a defference, i took it off and drove around for a month or two, then put it back on. it does work in the fuel milage dept.

I couldn't even imagine it helping fuel economy at all... that's just me though.
All the turbonator is is a little metal piece of crap that spins when air passes by it. All you are doing by putting one on is putting an obstruction in your motor's air flow... guess how much good that is going to do in the power department.
The reason I say it can't even help fuel economy is because sure, it may spin the air (very little, I could see it just making more turbulance than anything), but by time the air actually gets to a cylinder, it is not going to be spinning... If you've looked at your intake manifold lately, you'll see exactly what I mean, it's not a straight shot from the turbonator to a cylinder.
Just a couple things to think about. I would think it is a total waste. This, which is at the bottom of their site, but should be at the top in big red text, should give it away:
"*Individual results may vary. These tests were conducted on non moving vortex generators by independent third parties"
The testing wasn't done by a standardized, neutral party. Those independent companies that did the testing could have recieved a little extra from the Turbonator company for giving (severely) inflated numbers.
