My question is does 98gt come with a factory h-pipe because when i had my flowmasters installed i had all of the cats cut off and i noticed that there was an h-pipe is this just factory.

Yes.. What you cuts the cats off from is the FACTORY h-pipe

all V-8 mustangs come with factory h pipe eversince somewhere in the foxbody years. i know my 93 had a stock h pipe.
