Default Oil

I've got a 99 3.8 V6 mustang and I was wondering what grade oil i should put in it? I'm getting different oppinions on this. Should I run full synthetic or just regular?

regular . i use 5W30 Valvoline i dont think it makes THAT big of a diff. as long as you replace it every 3K miles
