What about those do-it-yourself washes? I take my 03 there all the time...am I hurting it if I wash it once every 2 weeks???</P>


...i.e. spraying it with the pressure washer thingy, spraying soap, scrupbrush, spray wax, then spray it off. </P>

Yeah hand wash. Only do the car wash in the winter when you'd get frostbite trying to scrub that joker. Car washes always miss spots and the stupid people who dry it when it comes out doa crappy job too (guess they have to since a bunch of people are waiting for their cars too).

I run a professional detailing service in the Spring/Summer/Fall (and sometimes during winter...but that's gotta be a warm winter, lol) out of my garage.

My baby gets treated right everytime it needs a wash, inside, glass, outside, undercarriage, wheel wells, engine bay....you get the idear.
