Default Dreaded Drone with Mac axlebacks

Has anyone been able to find a fix for the drone that comes from the Mac axlebacks? These have a great sound and if I am really light on the accelerator between 1500-2000 rpms it's not bad. But for normal acceleration it gets loud.

So you get drone outside the 2000rpm range? That the only place mine does it.

Buy the corsa cat back. No drone patented technology. There are great and easy to install.

I get a drone around 1800 RMP. I am not in that range for very long so it does not bother me.

Just think of the drone as a warning -

GO FASTER or DOWNSHIFT!

problem solved ( I actually prefer the first solution)

Ha, I concur with the go faster... The drone in my setup lasts a while if I'm just normally accelerating... and yeah... So I just try to get to my desired speed as fast as I can, without trying to bring unwanted attention to me.. and then slip it into 5th and it's all over. lol.

Mine's been on for a week and the drone has either decreased or I'm getting used to the new exhaust. Either way its better to me after a week.
