Hey, guys I have been in the market for a new Mustang GT. I am anxious to get one but I am having a hard time finding one with all the options I want. If I was to order one from the dealer tomorrow, when do you think I would expect to see it? I dont think I can wait any longer!!

 

You can do a dealer search for what you want and probably find it and pay to have it driven to your area, or you can order an 07 and probably get it mid september. Last year i flew to Las Vegas and bought an 06 on sept 12th! If you are interested, i can pm you the location of the 06 Redfire manual trans GT i traded in on my blue car that finally got built! It is in Minnesota, and probably available for 26M, with 5200 miles on it and in mint shape, premium interior, med parchment leather. Let me know, it will probably set you back an extra $500 to get it home.

 

hmmm...i thought I would get in either late July or Early August. If its September, I dont think I can wait that long.

 

The dealer I bought my '06 from told me the '07s won't be out till late August.

 

'07 Job One is scheduled for June 5th.

 

i was told by my dealer any were from sept to oct.... See if they can order a 06 still, ur cutting it close; but its worth a shot.

 

You may get an 60 if your lucky,I was told that Ford was backed logged when I was going to order,I decided to wait for the 07 models,I did not push it on the 06 so maybe if your dealer would it might work out.

I found the exact model I want at a nearby dealer, its a brand new 06. Should I just buy an 06? Is the 07 really worth waiting for? Heated seats would be nice but I dont know about waiting that long for them and I dont think I like the Alloy. But the Orange is pretty cool.

 

I am holding out for the heated seats myself,I have them in my Disco II and get alot of use out of them,the only problom with the heated in the 07's is it is not known if they will be an option in all GT's or just the CA special,hopefully in all GT's, I am not going to buy a CA special.

But I am going to hold out and see,no rush on my part.
