speed and rev limiter

can the speed limiter and the rev limiter be flashed out with a good tune?

yes, or diablo predator. You probably cant though if you have a Roush or Saleen blower. I know Roush, and I think Saleen, reflash the computer, and the programmers will not recognize them.
