Sub woofer suggestions?
I looking for some woofers that can deliver low bass notes but not take up a lot of space. I'm sure you guys have some expirience with car audio systems. Which brand of woofers packs the most punch in relation to its size?
Take a look at the Infinity Basslink. Real compact and built in amp. Not as much bass as larger ones though. So you got to weigh how important trunk space is to you.

I put a kenwood stereo in mine, it has all MTX speakers and amp. My subs are 2 10inch it will get low but also has a lot of mid range punch. I found out after i spent a wad putting a system in my f250 with 12inch subs that the bigger the sub the lower the bass sound. That is the sound the youth like with the hip hop music. But if you are like me and like rock youd be better with 2 or 3, 8 or 10 inch for that hard hitting punch. To answer your question about trunk space- mine all sits on top of the hump in the trunk in a custom made box.
i have 2 10" kickers installed in the trunk, took up a good amount of room but i was supprised at how they hit the low notes...i listen to alot of rap and these sound NICE...
Here is a pic.

I like how they are the PERFECT size to face into the cab.
As you can see they are ported which for these subs is not a bad idea at all when dealing with the 10"s
