Mac Headers vs. JBA Headers
O.k, I'm down to these two choices, just looking for some opinions.
Either Mac long headers with the Pro Chamber or the JBA Headers with an H pipe.
I know the JBA's are popular among the '05/06 and the Mac for the older mustangs,
but the price is about the same when add up the two systems...
Thanks

Performance-wise any of the longtubes are going to be the same.
Personally, I would avoid the Hookers as they are not stainless steel. But otherwise, the JBA, Mac, Bassaini, Dynatech....they're all good.
I would choose based on the price and the contents of the kit.

I was looking at JBA long tubes with a catted H-pipe but JBA says its off-road only. What makes the headers O/R only? Is it the actual noise or will they not pass a sniff test? Whats the deal?
They are "off road only" because technically you can't move the location of the cats. They will pass all emission tests. Unless you get some **** retentive inspector who knows where the stock cats are supposed to be, it will pass with flying colors. By the way I'd go with JBA ceramic coated long tubes with the JBA H-pipe.
