well i had to fix my cdc spoiler sat. i scuffed it. so with the left over paint i painted my valve covers and airbox. please excuse the glare and overall grime, thurs. i dove in the hardest rain storm that ive been in for the last 20 years and havnt had time to clean her up yet. tell me what you think. also i included my calipers that i painted a couple of weeks ago.

Nice job! I wonder why there hasn't been more mods for the stock airbox?

Valve covers look good, but IMO the air box is too much red.

i had a autobody supply store mix up a spray can of redfire (paint code g2) i used it to fix spoiler and used the left over in the engine bay. a can only cost me $10.88 with the clearcoat already mixed in. i took the valve covers off, then primed them with a sandable primer. primed them let them dry, wet sanded with some 600, then a flash (light) coat of paint, finish (heavier) coat after 20 minutes. let dry for a couple of hours. reinstall valve covers. started engine to ck for leaks, and let the engine come up to operating temp. shut the hood and let it set all night, kind of gives it a oven baked cure. ive did this before and the paint holds up for years.
