Default Potential problem/question

I was on my way home from Alabama yesterday (I live in Florida.) and after dropping it into 4th and passing another car, I began noticing a whistling/loud air-sucking noise when I was in 5th gear, around 60-65mph. Bone stock motor at the moment. (I haven't installed the CAI and tune in my profile, I was planning THAT when I got home.) I know most of the members here have much more mechanic expertise than myself. In your opinions, do I have a potential problem, or am I just being hyper-sensative about my baby?

Thanks in advance.

what area of the engine was the whistling coming from? more than likely just the wind.

/bump.

I doubt it was the wind. It's too loud, and tonight, I noticed it in other gears. Definately a different sound than the engine normally makes.

See if the noise can be pinpointed while revving the engine with the car parked and the hood open. You may need another person to help you do this.
