What The Heck is this? Is this a type of throttle body spacer? If not where does it go, if so, does it go behind the factory throttle body? Has anyone used this? Pretty big gain claims, but I can't tell where it goes.

The one in the picture looks like a V6 TB spacer. Of the ones that have been dyno'ed, they've proved to be a waste of money; little to no gains.
