But you ordered your 07 before they were in production, so wouldn't that change how long it took?

 

Ordered mine July 2 should be here by Aug 30.....Long wait...

 

A lot depends on what priority the ordering dealership can get on the order. I ordered mine 06-09 and it arrived this past Friday and was ready for deliver Saturday (08-05), so it was just under 2 months. It has manual tranny and 64w wheels, both of which have been allocation issues. It was supposed to arrive in 6 weeks and probably would have if not for those. Worth the wait to me I have not heard of anyone getting an ordered Mustang in less than a month, I think you may be getting some bogus votes on your poll!

 

Probably, but there was also probably a shorter list of orders ahead of me. But to put it into perspective, they changed the factory over in early June and I got mine late June, so it could possibly be a short wait. It also depends on dealer priority and what options you choose, like others have mentioned.

 

Well thats only 11 days behind when i ordered mine, is yours an Auto?

 

Mine was ordered April 27th and it arrived August 4th. Small dealership though with a small allotment.

Yippee mine was built this week (week of the 21st) They first said the week of the 14th but then it got bumped up a week, but W/E. It lives.

 

I ordered my 07 GT during the last week of July and when I called the Vehicle Order Processing Number a few days ago, the automated operator told me that my car has been built and shipped (as of 8/22/06) to the place it was ordered from (priority 10)!!!!! I left a message for my dealer to see what was up and he never got back to me.

Why are dealers so god &%#$ shady!!!

All I want is a definitive answer as to when my car will be officially ready to take home!!!!!
