Default Looking for Feedback on Headers

Thinking of installing headers on my 06 GT. Not sure if I should stick with MAC (to go along with my MAC exhaust) or go with someone else like Hooker, JBA, FRPP?

There are many past posts on this, hit the "search" feature and have a look.

In a nutshell:

Performance-wise, all the longtube brands are about the same. So, you won't see a difference in HP between the different brands. The difference is primarily in the quality of materials and the completeness of the kit.

I am a big fan of the Dynatech longtubes. They are 304 stainless (better than the cheaper 409 used by some brands, and far better than the mild steel Hookers), the kits are 100% complete with all the gaskets, seals, O2 sensor wiring, and so on, and they are very well made. Then again, the Dynatech kit is expensive.

I would make your decision based on material, the price of the kit, and the completeness thereof. Some brands appear cheap, but then when you figure that you have to buy gaskets, bolts, and wiring harness parts on top of the header price, the deal isn't so good anymore.

Dynatech's setup is awesome. Great quality and fit. It is also an all inclusive kit with nothing else to buy. By far one of the best sets that I have ever installed.
