Once again the new guy has a question.

First to those of you who reponded to my shift light question, Thanks! You made me a believer. Now my grille question. Does anybody make an aftermarket grille yet similar to the new Shelby? I have the standard front grille on my '06 Vista Blue GT with "fog lamps". I thought it might look good to have a grille like a Shelby with the running horse off to the side.

it is shaped completely different so I doubt you will find what you are looking for without doing a front end conversion. Several of those have been done though. Go read over on TMS in the exterior mod section.

 

I'm still waiting for one of these aftermarket companies to take the GT 500 front end (IE Slanted pillars, larger upper grille) and install the fog lamps in the grille as well as the pony.) As well as removing the fog lamps that are standard on the GT 500. Ah well, we can dream.

 

Why wait for an aftermarket company? You can buy the parts from Ford.

you could find a billet grill with the running horse on the side through cervinis. i personally think this looks incredible on s197's.

 

Lest we forget, young padawans........that to do a proper GT500 frontend, you'll need the GT500 hood also.

I, personally, would like to see someone (Saleen I guess?) make the front facia of the PJ Edition 302 mustang available for retail. I sorta like the GT500 lower grill/bumper.....but with the standard GT upper pillars.

Hey nothsa, I see you went for the GT350H look huh? Looks good. Very very nice You ever considered the CS6 hood?.........or you not trying to do the GT-H look exactly?
