Default Underdrive Pulleys

Well I've managed to save up $900. $675 of it is going towards the C&L AIR INTAKE WITH SCT X-CAL 2.

I was thinking of spending the $225 left over on some Underdrive Pulleys...What are the Pros and Cons of UDP's?

Is going with Underdrive Pulleys a good choice or should I spend it on something else? Can I get better performance with going with something else?

I was a little suspicious of this mod for quite some time. I was worried that it'll damage my accessories but so far nothing has happened and I've only have positive feedback. I noticed an increase in gas mileage, even though I consistantly accelerate as fast as possible to the speed limit. (Normally I average 20-21mpg. Now I'm at 22, and I'm driving it a little harder then I normally do.)

Hey there, I just saw that RPM Outlet has the C&L CAI, Moto Blue UDP and a Diablo tuner w/custom tunes for $699.95, I realize many people prefer the SCT X2 setup for future mods, but I thought I'd bring this to your attention.

Call your vendor of choice and ask them if they can match this offer but with the XCal2 and Steeda UDP's.... Youll be surprised what you can get if you just ask, always, always ask for them to match or beat a deal. That is what the internet is for. Good luck, and get that matching deal bro!!

A few problems with this.

First off, RPM outlet is not a custom tuning shop. They are a wholesale "warehouse". If you buy from them you are not getting "custom" tunes unlike what they claim. It will be the default Diablo tunes.

Second, RPM outlet is known for HORRIBLE customer service. Many of us have been burned by them. I would avoid them at all costs.
