Will the cams work if you have a blower?

Well, I finally took the plunge. After a lengthy conversation with Comp's tech and Brenspeed, I ordered the stage 3 cam kit. Hopefully I will be posting some results soon. They should be in next week and I have a dyno run scheduled for the 18th. [sm=drooldude.gif]

They are not as aggressive as the BBR stage 2's. Here is a vid of my friend Jordan's car with the BBR's...

I still think you are paying just for the sound you like with any of the available cams out there for us. As far as performance, you really don't get anything more than you can get with the stock cams IMO. Just look at justin burcham (new world record last week 9.25 et) and david beyer (9.54 ET) - both guys on the stock cams - and pretty much everyone running in the low 11's and below is on the stock cams...
The stock cams are probably one of the best features of the S197 and it's not like the chevy guys who get the great benefit from a cam swap - for us, you basically want them primarily for the sound.

LOL, fordfanboy... Please tell me then what that 30-40rwhp is used for, oh wait you say it's used for sound and not performance! Now it all makes sense to me, NOT!
