I have a 2005 Mustang GT that I installed a HO Intercooled P1SC Kit. I have had nothing but problems with this thing. Right now the main problem is that it keeps throwing a check engine light say it has a MASS AIR FLOW Intermitting problem. We have checked every wire and they are making good connection. Do any of you guys might know what is causing this?

 

HMMM- this is the 2nd Procharger problem started today????? Anyway, after I read your thread I called a friend that had one installed recently and is having some check engine code problems too, but they have to do mostly with the fuel sending unit. He was wondering if your kit came with the "MAFIA Mas Air Unit", I think thats what he called it? His did and if your didn't, that might be the problem. Just a little input my friend - good luck!

 

I had the same problem with mine when I first installed my kit. Ford has a upgraded sending unit and fuel pump. I would get it switched out to the new upgraded sending unit. They have had alot of problems with them. My kit did not come with a new Mass Air Unit.

 

Dude - My friend purchased his kit from JPC Racing and dealt with a guy named Justine, he also said Tommy could help and these guys can be reached at 1-866-572-7223 (jpc-race). He said the MAFIA Mass Air Unit wasn't standard, but that Justine recommended it due to him wantting to build up later to 600 plus HP.I believe it is $179.00, you might want to call these guys.
He is waitting on the part under warrenty to correct his fuel sending issue. Good luck!

 

You can try cleaning your MAF sensor.
