Default Pads to decrease sound ?

I saw in many tv car restoration shows that they use some kind of pads to decrease the vibration sound and the lousy stuff filtering pure nice sound only...

I saw overhaulin using them in almost everycar..

The pads are installed under the cars carpet and in the trunk... lets say the whole bodys floor...

Where can I get them and are they worth it ??

You might want to use the search feature on this website, as there are lots of posts on this subject. You could search for terms like "dynamat", "sound deadening", "second skin", etc. Google is also a good place to search. Check out https://mustangforums.com/m_1462524/tm.htm to start.

Ya the stuff you'll find is targeted at the car audio crowd but they certainly will reduce interior noise. Personally I don't think they will be worth it solely for reducing interior noise. I installed a bunch of it in my car since I repalced the sound system, and for that I consider it worth every penny. I did notice a marginal decrease in noise at cruising speed but nothing that would justify the cost or time it takes to put it in there. I put it where the rear seats are, over the rear wheels, on the floorboards, all over each door and there wasn't that much of a difference. Any decrease in volume has been counterbalanced by some mods. Plus it's a bit pricey.

I used a great deal of tarmat in my previous car, and I can say that if you do the whole car (door panels, roof, floors trunk walls etc) then it makes a monstrous difference in the amount of road noise. The reason I actually installed it though was for audio purposes. I say if you can afford it and dont mind adding a few hundred pounds then its a really nice luxury.
