I finally got the upgrade started and will try and update as we go along. I am installing a new forged shortblock from MMR, MMR fuel rails, GT500 fuel pumps, PI torque converter, Bassani x-pipe and full gauge set with Innovate wideband and 6 Auto meter Nexus gauges. This is all to go with my TurboHorsepower twin turbo kit. Here are a few shots of the current mess.

Yes it's the stock tranny I'll see how long it holds up.

btw, as long as everything is apart, I would put in a racing clutch.. thats just me

 

I would love to do that if you can find me a clutch that works with my auto.

How long is the build supposed to take?

 

Well it’s an after work and weekend project for my friend who is doing most of the work so I’m not sure on the time frame. A lot will depend on any problems we run into doing the turbo install.

I wish I could afford that twin kit and forged internals. I'm looking at getting their single kit though. Have you had a good expierence with them?
