So that code is for the front O2 sensor. Guess the shop I got it done at must have screwed up when they made there extensions. I told Brent from Brenspeed about the long tubes and removing the cats when I ordered the tune from him, so I am pretty sure he woulda already added that to the tune. Like I said before, I drove the car for at least 400km's before the engine light came on, wouldn't the light come on before then if the rear O2 sensors were not turned off? The only code it threw is that P0152, so I guess when I pick the tires up from the shop, I will get them to throw it up on the hoist and see what the deal is, then I can also check where the passenger side header is rubbing against as well.
Now that you mentioned the shop made o2 extensions for the front sensors, that extensioncould be your culprit. Don't worry about the rear o2 sensors, i'm sure brent turned them off in your tune anyways

No. It will most likely go into Open loop fault and run of preset settings.

Maybe I will just leave it and take it to the shop I got the headers installed at. Pretty sure they have a year warrenty on all installed products, so I will let them fix it.

Ok, I was talkin to a guy here and he was sayin something about if you make the extensions between the sensor and the first plug, it will wreck the wires? He said that the extension has to be made between the motor and plug. Is this true, cause I am pretty sure they made the extensions between the plug and sensor. But, if this was the case, why did it take so long for the engine light to come on, and shouldn't the passenger side throw a code as well?

I am having a similar problem, I get a CEL, the 2 codes I got where the same a formentioned in this post. It does happen all the time, just sometimes and I hook up the XCAL2 and clear the codes. I just clearded them a day and ahalf ago and they came back this morning on my way to work. I have the tune from Brenspeed, should I contact them and ask Brent for a new tune? Thanks.

You can't repair oxygen sensor wires the same as regular wires. The sensor samples fresh air from between the frays of wire and the insulation wrapped around the wire. I know it sounds crazy but it's true.If you splice into the circuit incorrectly, they will typically read lean all the time. The ONLY thing that can possibly set this code is if the oxygen sensor signal wire shorts to a power source. In your case, it is the red and black wire that has the STP.

I just got off the phone with Dave from Brenspeed, and he told me that it is a design flaw in the headers cause us to throw CEL. The reason being is that Dynatech and JBA Longtubes have the sensor mounted to far down stream. There really is no fix, but I was told that it wouldn't hurt the car.

I have also heard that is because of the sensors being farther downstream. But there does not seem to be a good fix for it.

sounds like a calibration flaw to me. The stock computer will ONLY set that code if the signal is 1.5v or higher. It sounds like Brents "superior" calibration has the ability to set that code otherwise.
