got them from cervini's for 453 shipped, prolly get them cheaper from somewhere else...install was fairly easy, some thinking is involved as suspected...i can see clearly and fine, and they're aluminum...hope that answers all yalls questions. Thanks for the comments

u can lift them up to clean them...they're hinged, they're the visus louvers

The louver mounting pads install w/3M double-sided tape, there are 6 mounting points that hold them on.2 top hinge pads,2 top corner hold-down braces & 2 lower latch posts. Hinge for cleaning.
