Default Engine Swaps

Anyone have information on what it takes to swap the 5.4L in place of a 4.6?

Thanks!

I think it would actually be cheaper to buy a GT500 and be done with it....

Could be. Obviously you could buy the fully dressed/blown crate motor for $15k and be done with it.

Question is can it be done considerably cheaper than that?

I'd like to figure the real difference between a bored and stroked 4.6 (5.2?) and a stock 5.4 in terms of cost.
