Default Engine Mounts

Are new engine mounts needed for any longtube headers installation so that the headers dont hit? (or is it mainly JBA from what I hear?) I am thinking of going with a Dynatech set up (longtube headers and catted x pipe) ... will I need new engine mounts for those?

I just installed Hooker LT's and had no issues with the engine mounts. I had issues with the studs and steering shaft, but not with the mounts.

motor mounts are to keep the engine more 'stable' or 'locked in place' to prevent the headers from rubbing the steering shaft as it comes VERY VERY close.

I installed new motor mounts when I installed my jba long tubes. They were only 100 bux, and I'm pretty sure I needed them cause these headers are extremly close to lots of things under the hood.

I had my JBA long tubes put on without engine mounts. No problems at all.

Well... if the motor mounts are as cheap as GTgreen says they are, I dont see why not to put them on. It seems like a good route just to be very very safe. I just want to avoid any problems at all.
