Default Chevy SSR

How fast is a Chevy SSR?

I slowly passed by one (me in right lane, him in left lane) at about 40mph. He revved at me as I went by, but he stayed back.

Not the fastest thing on wheels, but I thought they looked like a lot of fun. If I was a rich man I'd have one just for screwing around with on the weekends.

If you're stock then I would avoid an LS2 powered GTO or SSR from a roll.

I seem to think the early SSR had a big problem getting out of its own way and was drastically underpowered for a "performance oriented truck".... Maybe if you're racing downhill where the weight would be to his advantage...
