Default first performance mods

I have an 07GT manual, and recently installed the Hurst short throw shifter. That was well worth it and easy. But I've got the WMS CAI enroute, and a scheduled tune at the local SCT dealer for the 93 octane and the XCal2 tuner. I'm expecting to feel the difference and really looking forward to much better throttle response. Anybody got any thoughts on this?

Thats the biggest difference youll see in your car.... (unless you go with forced induction) but the cai and tune are the absolute biggest difference youll be able to feel ... that and gears .

Definitely will feel the difference with the CAI and tune. Look at changing LCAs next or gears. Have fun.

Do the LCA's make a big difference?
Yes. It helps eliminate rear wheel hop and you get better traction.

I just installed my Hurst shifter on Sunday, it was my first real mod too. I have a tuner on the way, and I already have a C&L Intake ready to go on. I can't wait.
