disconnect neg battery cable
disconnect coil over plug electrical connectors
pull off coil over plugs
remove plugs
gap new plugs
apply anti seize to new plugs
install carefully
torque to specs
install coil over plugs
reconnect coil over plug electrical connectors
connect neg bat cable

you'll be fine, take your time and pay attention
to all details

the spark plugs are 25 ft/lbs
the coil over plug bolts are 53 inch/lbs

you'll use torque wrenches to measure the torque

Definitely need to get a torque wrench. You'll use it over and over again if you do any work yourself. Well worth the investment. Just go to sears and buy one - $40-$75 depending on what you want to pay for.

Count your blessings you don't have an 04-07 F150 like mine to install plugs in. Fords better idea has led to a TSB for plug removal, a ford "tool" to try and remove broken plugs and changing the recommeded plug change interval to 100,000miles rather than 36,000 so they didn't have to warrenty broken plugs and removing heads. Lots of pi##ed off truck owners out there with $3000 plugs. On the other hand the Stang is a cakewalk compared to the above. You shouldn't have any trouble.
