Well, I’ve never bad mouthed a vendor on any forum before but this needs to be told. We produce s/c pulleys for the GT500 and sold a bunch to Lightning Force Performance last September. To date we still have not been paid. We’ve left messages, emails, faxes, no response. Now they won’t take our calls and have not responded to a letter from our lawyer. Never had this happen before and these folks are into us for a lot of money. We’ll now have to proceed with legal action. I thought the Mustang community ought to know what kind of folks they are.
I think you missed the point...they don't have a problem taking money, just paying it out in return for services rendered.
Nope i get what he is saying but they could have just taken my money and then gave me inferior products, took a month to deliver them or whatever, kinda like RPM. My comment was to show that they might have problems on one side of the service but not the other. I do feel sorry for them though cause you work hard for a product and expect to be compensated in some way.
Good service works on both sides. What if you have to return a part, will they send you a refund? If they don't like paying their bills, then they won't like refunding either. They won't get my business.
thats funny b/c i talked to the owner this past may at FFW baytown. I dont know what it was but i didnt like the guy for some reason, but my friend buys alot of parts from them.
