I will humblly disagree... at idle the give a great V8 sound....IMO and they sound great @ WOT.... and is it so terrible for a 30K Stang to sound like a 200K Lambo? I say NO!!
Part of the reason I bought a Mustang was because of the sound of it. I do not care for the sound of a V-10/V-12 engine configuration. I have heard Hondas that sound better than a Lambo.

The Corsas have three things I like, they sound great, they have ZERO drone, and they're all stainless steel- will outlast your car. 'Nuff said.

Corsa ... ZERO drone and it is nice and pleasant inside the cabin. Sounds bada$$ outside though!

To be honest, I was almost a bit disappointed at first with them because the cabin was so normal sounding. Then I had a friend do some driveby's for me while I stood on the curb and I HUMBLY STAND CORRECTED. They sound freakin sweet. I'm just about at the 500 mile range and I can tell they're loosening up a bit and getting a bit louder too.

Plus if you keep it under 2k, no attention from the cops.

One word, Corsa! No drone and they sound awesome. Expensive, yes, but worth the money.
BIG +1

If you have to compromise on price, go with the Ford GTA's but seriously, they're not that much cheaper, just save up a bit longer. You made the mistake once, don't do it twice and waste more money!

I imagine that the Corsa exhaust sounds as good as reported here. JBAs sound pretty good too from what I gather. But firsthand I can recommend the Borla Catback agressive exhaust, as reported above there's only a couple of spots where there is minimal drone which you can easily bypass with the accelerator. In fact you can ease off the gas a tad and get rid of any exhaust noise practically speaking while driving. At idlethe Borlarumblesand purrssweetly and any application at all of the accelerator gives a monumental, authoritativeroar and it just has a classic tuned race car note. No popcorn popping, raspy cheap sounding exhaust for your hard earned dollars here, this is the good stuff!
