Default Need tech help badly.....PLEASE!!!

Hi everyone and thanks for taking the time to read about my problem. I have a "94" Mustang that I recently bought from an auction in Pa. the car has 147k miles on it now. It had 141k when I bought it. Anyway the check engine light was on and is still on. I have had a tune up done, bought 4 new tires, changed 3 (02 oxygen sensors) and transmission and oil fluids changed. The most recent work has been the sensors being changed and the problem is still there. I paid $98 for a diagnostic and $400 for the repair work and the car still isn't running the way it should. When I drive and try to increase speed, the tachometer revs up and the car seems to jump into gear and then increase speed. Sometimes this happens once while driving and other times it happens several times at once. It's not consistent. I should mention that this is a automatic tranny, I don't know if that makes a difference. But I know I have a good car I just want to know if this problem can be fixed and how can I determine who to trust to fix it. I went to the dealer and they said I shouldn't put any more money into the car, but I think this problem can be fixed.
PLEASE HELP!!!
Thank you in advance

find a reputable electrical shop and have the computer system checked out , could be solinoids in transmission or the controllers. just a thought.

sounds like you need a tranny rebuilt, it might be something as simple as a torque converter lockup solenoid that went bad.
