new to the forum thing but i need a little help, can anyone give me specific's on which wires i need to tap to hook up a tach adaptor so i can wire up my shift light?
pics would be great too.

well im not sure but I was reading in the 5.0 mag and they were putting a tach in their project car and they mentioned something about a Tach driver thing and they noted that you needed it on the newer stangs. I dont know if you do or not someone will eventually chime in and solve your ?s like they did for me when I had a ? about tachs.

most of us have been using the Raptor light... no tach adaptor needed....

did u try the search feature...? works sometimes...LOL...

Ive beenwondering what the raptor light is about I have an auto and figured its for the manual so didnt wonder enough to search LOL.

The electrical diagram for the 07 does not
show any such tach adapter hook-up.
Could it be done on one of the coil wires
like a Raptor does? V6 or GT newbie?

thanks a bunch, i have never heard of the raptor light, but did a search and now i will have one wednesday, also, i have found the gauge pillar i have been tring to find to thanks to a link on the website to SOS, i like that design so much better than autometers

Raptor is definitely the way to go, and you can hide them out of site like i did in the air vent if you don't want it going off all the time.
