Default heat from floorboard

lately i've had a noticable amount of heat on mylegs after my car(5-speed) has warmed up. don't think its coming from the heater though because it takesa bit of time to feel the heat. it's quite annoying....

thoughts????

I have an auto....but I feel the heat as well. I guess there is not alot of insulation there.

First RWD car in a while?

Pretty typical for Mustangs. If it bothers you too much you can always get heatshield or a sounddeadner + heatshield like dynamat.

The cats are located right next to your right leg when driving, I am almost sure it is the source of your problem, I did experience the same problem until I installed the LT headers, now the cats are located under the floor and it is not that annoying.

The heat is from the cats, common issue on the 05-07 Mustangs. Have to run the A/C on warmer days.
