Don't waste your money, I had a set long ago for an old vechicle and they are garbage. Some of the welds weren't even finished which resulted in leaks, and the material used was garbage. If the price is cheap, more than likely the quality is as well. I can't say I know what material they are using now, but last I remember of them their products were garbage, OBX is better than pacesetter if that says anything.

I actually have a pair of pacesetter headers on my car because my friend had an extra set at his shop. They weren't my first choice but he gave them to me for an awesome deal. I also had them on my LS1 and they were awesome. I have the ceramic coated with their offroad h pipe. They actually offer like a 3 year warranty with their headers also.

I know there are on the cheaper side but from what I've seen on my buddys ls1 I would get them in a hart beat! They are about half price compared to anything else on the market

All the PS headers I have seen were made out of cheap mild steel, with a cheap painted on ceramic coat, and began to rust severelywithin a year of install.

whats the big difference in coatings? from black to ceramic and chrome? is it just a heat issue?

you're talking about shorties, right? Not really worth the $$$, esp. when you figure labor in. I think they give you about 5hp gain...
