Default knocking?

A few days ago I got my 05 back from getting AR LT's and x-pipe, and bassani street axle back. I love the sound and power, but in gear from about 3k rpm till redline (WOT, very noticeable in 2nd gear) there is more of a tinny, knocking sound that isn't present when revved up in neutral. It may just be the sound of the headers that I am not used to, and I just wanted to ask on here before I took it back to evo to ask. It was dyno tuned by fred at evolution. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I would definately take it back to evo if you have concerns. It sounds like classic pinging to me.

I've been running 93 octane ever since we got the CAI in july, that can't be the problem. Alright thanks I'll stop by evolution tomorrow, it's only two miles away.

But you just had it retuned---doesn't matter what fuel you've run in the past now. Either run higher fuel, try a different brand, or do the smart thing and take it back to the tuner and have a couple degrees of timing removed.
