hey that looks really really really good! i think im just gonna stick with the 5 gear pattern on top, but bloody hell does that look good! where do you get that little silver cylinder below the shift ball? where can i get this stuff also? you sold me man haha
When I had this idea I looked around for someone who could drill and tap the ***** for me, as I don't have the tools.
I found Bruce Roosa at koolknobs.com.
He drilled the billiard ***** and inserted the proper thread size, for 25 bucks.
I think he sells the boot adapter for another 25, but my first two were free as I was his guinea pig for designing them.

Your average billard ball on ebay goes for around 25 bucks, so another 50 to Bruce and you can have a one-of-a-kind ****.

Yeah, with the MGW you don't need the pattern, it shifts itself
So that shifter ball works well? any pictures on the car? I am wondering if the boot comes all the way up to the ball like stock, or dare I ask if there is some shaft showing like the Hurst?

Yeah, the GT logo adds 5 horsepower and 3 ft.lbs. torque. The install looks really professional in my opinion; it does come with that black plastic adapter piece to make it all fit together seemlessly with the boot.

You've given me an excuse to break out my digital camera AND photoshop, all in one night!

That was the first one I went with after stock.
It feels and looks great.
I was happy with it until I decided to go with the Seahawks ball.
Had the white one for about a year until I finally found a marbled silver with the old logo.
