Default pypes mid mufflers installed.........

Sorry I didn't take any pics of the install, but I wanted to get it done in a couple hours. Took all of 1 hour to remove all the stock stuff. Took another hour to get all the pypes pipes installed. Took me 2 hours to align everything and i'm still unhappy with the passenger side tip being lower than the drivers side. I'm going to take it to a muffler shop and see if they can bend the axle back pipe, i don't really want to try and bend the hangers as they will likely raise the muffler which is allready close to the gas tank. I tried turning ever pipe on the passenger side and just can't make that tip the right height. Other than that everything fit nice and the clamps are top notch. Here's a short clip of start up and almost WOT in second gear. I had the windows down a little. There is some drone at 188-2000rpms, but it nowhere near as bad as my frpp stingers were. It just gets louder at that rpm then drops back to normal.

I'm also under a metal carport which probably exaggerates the sound. I love how deep it is when cruising slowly in 1st gear. I went to Mcdonalds and it sounded great creeping through the drive through line. It's not bad at all when cruising . If I can just get the passenger side tip up higher I will be happy.

I will take some better vids tomorrow with the camera mounted in the back. My wife doesn't like driving around without the radio on so i had to cut it short.

How is the volume compared to regular axelbacks?

Well here's a comparison video of the frpp GTA's. The pypes have a much deeper sound to them imo. The windows were up in this video.

Also my GTA's would sometimes make a machine gun type sound at half throttle. I think it's what people call trumpeting. Mine didn't seem to do it until I put the 10psi pulley on. It was very noticeable if there is a cement curb for the sound to bounce off of. I will have a futher review and another video after I drive to and from work tomorrow.

Thanks. I was a little worried this exhaust would drown out the whipple. I need to get some drive by video to see what it sounds like.

I orderd my stuff from lethal perf and so fair its great serv, the product has all ready been shipped and is due on the 11th! The only problem is they havnt taken the 5% off yet w/ that holiday specail there running but they told me they would take care of it.
