Installed pypes or/h and mac axle back about 2 weeks ago. Noticed a very very minimal rattle the first night, but now after about 10 mins of driving i get a metal rattling sound, and it starts to squeak. Almost sounds like squeaky suspension but it definetly isnt. Ii do maybe 2 hardWOT runsit will almost imediately start to rattle and squeak.It seems to be centered around the right side of the car but i havent quite pin-pointed it exactly. everything seems tight down there, not sure what else i can do. Any suggestions guys?

sounds like the exhaust is not aligned right. does it look straight, symmetrical on both sides? you may have to readjust at manifold/h pipe junction or at axle back or both. you should get someone to listen while you rev it to see exactly where its coming from. or tailpipes could be rubbing on bumper.

 

See my post about pypes mid mufflers rattling/squeaking. It's possibly your hangers rubbing the muffler brackets. You should see a slight mark on the hangers if they are rubbing.
