In the middle of trying to install boomtubes and the factory midpipe has some sort of tab...that the factory muffler has a notch for....what to do?

i dont remember any notch in the over axle pipe. my boomtubes just went on to the overaxle pipe and clamped on.
i'm guessing the notch prevents you from putting the boomtubes on the pipe. can you file down the notch so it goes on? or is it too big?

it'll go on.. No problem. Those are there to keep the pipes from possible twisting. They should fit perfectly.


Oh, and put Boomtube crew member in your sig

i think since the guru put up his review of them everyone's gotta have 'em. that's cool, they are a great muffler (delete, that is).

i still remember you were the first to have 'em. and i'm glad i listened to you.

even when i get the SC in a couple months, i will still be first and foremost a BOOMTUBE CREW MEMBER!!!

i'm hoping the FI will make the boomtubes even louder!!
