Default pulling engine from the S197

I am getting ready too pull the engine from the wrecked 2007 and want to know where i am suppose to hook to the engine to properly hoist it. i saw these threaded holes on the heads but didnt know if these are the point to do it. Are these points strong enough to support the weight of the heads, block and tranny when I pull the whole thing?

Here is a picture of where they hooked on to my motor at. However, they used a special bar so not sure if this is any help!

I talked to my shop about this and they said they would keep it on the K member and take it out the bottom.

I really have no idea, just giving another opinion.

Well if they lift from the bottom, most likely they use towing straps.
Witch is fine and safe.
