Help with some technical work.....
I am looking into getting new wheels for my car (finally......) and I have been thinking of upgrading my rotors at the same time. From what I understand, it should not be a difficult undertaking to have the rotors switched out........ I have also considered having aset of lowering springs added to help offset the wheelgap, especially in the rear of the car. I cannot nor am I able to do this work myself, so I am considering having someone to do it for me....
What would be a fair price to pay for the installation of new rotors and lowering springs?
Just trying to do the right thing when it comes time to "pay up"...............

I'd like a new midpipe too! (but I have some pretty good contacts here at a local muffler shop that have treated me very fairly in the past......)

RE: Help with some technical work.....
i have done all you have asked...actual time doing it as long as you have a spring compression tool(free from autozone from thier loan a tool program) would take 2 hours. All that is needed is a floor jack, metric socket set , compression tool, and some time. This "SOMEONE" is from a shop or a buddy helping ya out....if a buddy i know myself $100 would be fair...someone at a shop would look at you wierd since shops would flat rate the job and would guess the bill would be $250ish....keep in mind that is a guess...i know Texas hotrod wanted to charge me $75 too install the UCA since I was being lazy.

RE: Help with some technical work.....
why do you want to change out your rotors??
and if you are...your going to use the stock size??
the springs are not that tough of a job, just need the right tools...but if your not comfortable, then the flat rate will be atleast 2 hours...so depends on what shop you use and what their rates are.
