Default A/F Problem.

I went to the dyno yesterday and this is what happened.

So

He said the fuel pressure started to drop at around 4500 so he started to let off slowly to see if it would go back up at all and it never so he let off.

Wtf?

Whoa... That definately needs some smoothing.. Maybe a fuel pressure regulator or the pump is on the fritz.. idk thats strange. And you're still putting out 400hp @ 14:1

You need to check all your wiring for the gt500 pumps. check the second fpdm and check your grounds. I looks like only one pump is working.

Oh and the engine code I ran a few days back was PO174. Anyone know what this means?

It means the o2 sensors detected a lean condition. It means system too lean. \

Did you do the install? I'm sure you made a post about it, but my memory is going. Someone had a shop install theirs and they forgot to plug in the second fpdm. Needless to say it ran lean on the dyno just like yours and only made about 400hp before the computer pulled timing and killed power. One of your pumps could be bad or the second fpdm is bad, but i'd check the grounds first.
