I'm running 11 psi just went from ht0's .030 to .035 and I noticed a difference. When these plugs go bad I'm going back to .030

can you gap these or do you have to order them already gapped? are they 1 piece or 2?

I bought them pregapped.030 from JDM and bought the .035 gapped by brenspeed

I tried to gap my first set of ht0's and I need a few attempts to get it right After messing up the first 5 I gave up. I can install a supercharger but can't gap these plugs.

Thats just me though.

I used the tool from PMP and still had a problem getting a feeler in there correctly. For the price to get them pregapped 15 from JDM just seems worth the extra $$$$

.032 at 8psi. Gapped them myslef with the PMP tool. I just put the feeler gauge under the strap and closed it until it touched. I did mess up two of them though but fixed one. Just have to take your time.

I would stick with .032. Once you do one or two you get the feel of it and it gets pretty easy. I didn't even need to use the special tool, just a roofing nail, bench vise and 9/16" deep socket.

I am going to try the brisk plugs @ .031-.032 and see how they work out for me. I figures they were much easier to gap as they have a standard style strap on them. Oh, and I am pushing 14p.s.i.
