newbie ? about service issues????

newbie ? about service issues????
Hi I love my 07 but ive been feeling and hearing even more rattles over bumps then my old 04! Both convertables i think its the windows or interior pannels i dont know but definatly not the front end... that just gets a supsension squeek every now and then? I have also noticed a trans shutter wile releasing the clutch. if its not released ever so gentile you get a little sutter almost like driveline slack. ive tried to rotate the driveshaft with the trans in gear and i didnt feel any slack in the driveshaft like less the 5 degree rotation max back and forth by hand. is this normal???? i dont know anybody? Is my car a lemon??? its only got 10k KMS 6k Miles yes its a canadian car and our roads are kinda crappy up here in edmonton alberta we have to deal with winter.
The car is going in for service soon to get 3rd gear looked at because according to an old master mechanic i know he said its a syncro spring. the problem wile decelerating under engine brake in 3rdthe shifterrattles. accel no problem.only in 3rd.
Questions
1 should ford replace the whole trans?
2 is that shutter wile shifting (possibly input shaft?) normal
3is ford responsible for dealing with squeeks and rattles oris that my next project.
4 should i remove intake and tune for service???
5 any tips on making sure i get the most out of my mustang because im starting to feel a (cheapness) to the new one.
please be all advisedI still love her,were just having difficulties right now.......

2 is that shutter wile shifting (possibly input shaft?) normal It could be the clutch if you did not take time (500miles) to break in the clutch before running it hard that could be part of the issue, also how does the car shift? Is smooth?
