I'd be interested to know what your fuel pressure is during the problem, and AFR like hammeron asked.

is it a standard?? could that be what happens when a clutch starts "slipping" at high rpms?

How do you tighten a belt if I may ask, normally the tensioner is what keeps the belt tight.

The tensioner is what keeps it tight, I think a combination of the heat and the shop that chanerd my supercharger oil a few months ago diden't help, I had a fine black powder all around the belt.

My guess would have been maxed duty cycle on your injectors, but I am glad to see you figured it out. Out of curiosity, how did you go about tightening the belt outside of the tensioner?

I tighted the belt buy folling the instruction in the procharger manual, loosed the bolt attached to the tensionioer the turned the actual tensionr bolt counter clockwise.
