Question on a CAI
Thanks Haney....I will admit: I took auto shop class in high school just to meet boys. Learning was secondary. <blushing again>
However, I love cars and can't fathom why some people take no interest in what is under the hood or what their car looks like or how it handles.
Which is why I love reading this site. Now, if I could just get my husband to understand....lol

The reason we put the stock CAI and Tune back in for an OBDII port emissions test is because: 1) aftermarket tunes normally turn off the rear O2 sensors (these are emission sensors only, the car doesn't need them) and 2) an aftermarket CAI with stock Tune would flow too well and usually run lean.

Again, very helpful.
I've looked at Brenspeed and BabaChips websites. Now I have to call them and decide which one to go with. It is not a if, it is when.
Since this is able to add so much HP to the car, why doesn't Ford just do it up front?
