I reset my tune yesterday to 93 octane on my SCT tuner. I noticed that there was a setting to have the car run a little richer. I was wondering if anybody noticed a difference by bumping it up?

I'd stick with the tune provided unless you really know what you're doing. Otherwise, contact whomever provided the tune and ask them. They may have some recommendations since they'll know what room you have to vary the parameters without causing problems.
